Minimize the risk of cancer in vegetarians - Cancer is caused by various factors. Unfortunately, this deadly disease is often detected at an advanced stage. One way to minimize the risk of cancer is a healthy lifestyle, from eating a healthy diet, not smoking, to exercise regularly.

According to Professor Mark Woodward, MSc, PhD, from the George Institute for Global Health, people today tend to eat the wrong foods. Many people are willing to spend money to enjoy fast food or junk food. Worse, it seemed to have become a habit and lifestyle everyday.

"Admittedly, whatever the reason smoking and eating fast food is not sexy. It is dangerous for the body. It will kill you, "said Professor Woodward when found in Nusa Dua, Bali (20/8).

In line with Professor Woodward, Professor dr. Hasbullah Thabrany, MPH, Dr.PH., professor of Public Health Policy, University of Indonesia said that cancer is not a fate, but one of the trigger is the wrong lifestyle.

"The majority of the Indonesian people, do not consume adequate fiber with. In fact, if we look from organs such as teeth and intestines forms, humans are herbivores. So, actually designed as vegetarian humans who consume plants. So start multiply the consumption of vegetables and fruits, to reduce the risk of cancer, "said professor Thabrany.
